HomelessEntrepreneurs.com is a site devoted to showing people - specifically the homeless - a way to make money online.  It was originally intended to reveal an alternative to panhandling. 

That is until I found out that approximately 70% of panhandlers aren't homeless. 

In fact, not long ago I passed the idea of writing articles for pay to a young gentleman who asked me for change and he told me that the idea of $3 - $5 per article was an insult.  That he could earn $100 per article by writing for the local alternative newspaper here in San Diego.  I have to admit, at first I was impressed and a little ashamed.  To think that I would ask this man to write 400 - 500 word articles for a profit when he could be making so much more.

When I asked him how much money he had made, he told me he hadn't sent any articles in yet.

That's when I realized what he truly was.  A professional panhandler.

Professional panhandlers piss me off.  Especially when there are truly needy people out there who need money who are looked on with disdain precisely because of people like this guy who turn down offers for a meal because "I've already eaten here for the past 3 times" (his words).

So without further delay, let me post right here, right now who this site is for and who it is not.

This site is not for:

• Professional panhandlers like our friend who have excuses for why they shouldn't accept the help that you offer them.  At least not if you have a better way (and are using it)
• Drug and alcohol users.  If you are using anything to hide from your problems, then get help first.  I'm not forbidding you from using this site (as if I could!)  I'm just saying that it will be extremely difficult for you to follow the simple steps set down here in this site.  If I'm wrong, then prove me wrong but you should get help anyway.

Who this site is for:

• Anyone (not just the homeless, although that is who the site is geared for.) who wants to learn how to start and maintain a successful internet business.  The steps are simple but the work is hard, make no mistake.
